Meeting your client's expectations will get a 'meh' client response. Going above and beyond will WOW your client's. Carline WOW'd from the start to the finish. I only had two expectations from the onset of my car repair event - 1) what's it going to cost, and, 2) how soon can it get it in. Carline was completely transparent in the cost of the repair (even going back in their recent records to validate the costs!) as well as any incidental costs that could arise during the repair so that there wouldn't be any surprise phone calls. They also told me when they could get the vehicle in and provided a conservative time line just in case something came up. Again... no surprises because how much do we like those calls?? All the other shops called said the same thing... "let's get you in first before I quote any numbers". Who has time to play this game?!? The vehicle did go to a local shop for a quote just because they were on the way to work and I like to support the community. As soon as they saw the repair and they stated that it was above and beyond their capabilities I knew that Carline was the right choice. I was not disappointed. Everything from the ease of getting the truck in, constant updates on the repair, professional diagnosis presentation, a clear and transparent quote, and friendly, courtesy staff INCLUDING a transit pass so that I could get back to work... WOW... this shop rocks!! I highly recommend Carline to everyone in Calgary who needs their car looked after. Why? Because besides taking care of your car they will take care of you!
