I had to get my brakes done & I also had to wait there for my vehicle. Once it was determined what was needed, some items had to come from Edmonton, so I knew the day would be a little longer than planned. Although I was offered a ride home rather than waiting, I have a disability that makes it difficult to get in & out of most vehicles, so that wasn't an option. It ended up that the highway was closed for a bit due to a serious accident & the driver would be delayed with my parts for awhile. As the day went on, as often as he could while still trying to get all his work done, Rick (the owner) chatted with me, often entertaining me with his words. He even shared his lunch with me! I've never had that kind of customer service before! The driver did get there with the parts & my vehicle was ready to go before closing thank goodness.This company always takes such good care of it's customers, & I always feel like I'm dealing with very honest, straightforward individuals & I'm never worried about being ripped off. They tell you what you need to have done, what you may need down the road, what you can do now or wait a bit etc. This particular day I watched the interactions they had with everyone that came in throughout the day. The entire staff seems to always be in a good mood & it is truly a pleasure dealing with Carline.
